The property is ideally positioned within walking distance of all the village delights including the popular delicatessen, renowned Smokehouse, charming boutique shops, wonderful village pubs and scenic coastal path. The Old Joinery is the ideal base for couples, friends or small families seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

The bright, open-plan living room offers two leather sofas centred around a wall-mounted 42” TV making it the perfect space for cosy evenings after a day of exploration! French doors let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto a private, enclosed garden- the ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or alfresco dining in the summer months. This room also features a dining table with seating for four guests.
The contemporary kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering stay including an electric oven, ceramic hob, under-counter fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom offers a sumptuous king size bed and French doors leading directly to the garden, ideal for lazy mornings in the sunshine. This room also includes a Freeview TV, dressing table, open hanging space and hairdryer. The modern en suite feature a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower with handheld attachment, basin and WC.

The second bedroom features zip and link beds which can be made up as either a king size bed or twins upon request (please provide us with 2 weeks’ notice of your preference). A dressing table with mirror, chest of drawers and hanging pegs provide storage for your stay.

The family shower room features a rainfall shower with handheld option, WC, washbasin and mirror.

Outside, The Old Joinery continues to impress. The shingle driveaway leads to a covered carport with parking for two vehicles, a rare luxury in the heart of Cley! To the rear, the garden offers a mix of lawn and patio with comfortable outdoor furniture. (please note a BBQ is not provided).
