We are delighted to be able offer our guests Watermill House, a high quality coastal retreat in the north Norfolk village of Weybourne. Watermill House sits in a truly wonderful location just a stones throw from the beach and north Norfolks famous 45 mile long stretch of coastal path. The property is also a short walk from the village amenities which include the local pub ‘The Ship’’ offering fantastic local produce and a large selection of gins and the popular Village shop/cafe. Watermill House benefits from a cosy and characterful yet light and bright interiors, a truly stunning garden and plenty of off-road parking for up to 6 cars.

One enters the property through a useful porch area which is very handy for storing coats, boots, wellies and beach gear. The superb, bespoke, handmade kitchen is well equipped with everything the holiday chef could need and features high end Miele appliances including built-in ovens and microwave, separate induction hob, a large integrated fridge, dishwasher and built-in ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine.  The kitchen also features a good sized breakfast table with a window seat, perfect for relaxing mornings fry ups. This room also features its own working AGA should you wish to use it which is a wonderful addition to the property. There is also a separate utility room with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The central room in Watermill House is a ‘snug’ with a comfy sofa and large Smart TV set back in the properties original inglenook fireplace. Just off this snug is an area that could be used for multiple things from a temporary holiday office/working space to a play area for children depending on your requirements. The formal sitting room at Watermill House is a beautifully decorated space featuring two large, velvet sofas surrounding a wood burning stove and Freeview Smart TV; ideal for cosy evenings relaxing after a day of exploring the coastline on your doorstep!

A garden room to the rear of the property is used as the more formal dining area with a large table that comfortably seats 10. This room features large doors that open out on to one of the charming patio areas, bringing the outdoors in and making this wonderful space perfect for socialising and entertaining all year round.

You will be spoilt for choice with the beautifully decorated bedrooms Watermill House has to offer. The property offers four bedrooms in the main house and a fifth double bedroom in the wonderful little annexe featuring its own separate sitting room with wall mounted TV and comfy sofa and en-suite shower room.

Back in the main house, the owners have chosen a relaxing colour scheme for the superb master bedroom which features a comfortable kingsized bed, walk-in wardrobe area and en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. Bedroom two has Zip and Link beds which can either be made into a super-king size bed or twin beds on request (please give at least 2 weeks notice).This room has a fabulous en-suite bathroom which features a fantastic roll-top bath with views out to sea and a separate walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers two standard size single beds.  These bedrooms share the family shower room with its large walk in shower.

The gardens at Watermill House are another superb feature of this fabulous property. On sunny days the large lawned area is perfect for sunbathing, home picnics or family games with lots of different areas to explore. The multiple patio areas off the main house and annexe offer plenty of outdoor seating and mean there are parts of the garden that will get sun all day. There is a charcoal BBQ so the whole family can enjoy al-fresco dining in the summer months.

We think Watermill House is a truly special property and its location so close to the beach is unrivalled! Book early to avoid disapointment!

Please note £150 security deposit is due with every booking at Watermill House. This arranged 1-2 days prior to arrival and refunded after your stay providing there is no damage on departure.
