West View Cottage

West View Cottage, located in Cley Next The Sea is a wonderful, characterful cottage sitting in a quiet location. This property  is just a short walk from the award winning delicatessen, smoke house, galleries and pubs in the village. West View Cottage benefits from an enclosed garden with brick and flint walls, picket fencing and gates and has parking for two cars.

The kitchen and dining room has recently been refurbished and now offers everything you’d expect from self-catering accommodation, including an induction hob and oven, full size dishwasher, washer/dryer, a large fridge freezer, speaker and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine (please note, pods are not included). The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests and offers the perfect space to gather together for a meal after exploring the North Norfolk Coast. There is also a handy downstairs W.C. located through from the kitchen.

West View Cottage has a comfortable sitting room which has a Sony Smart TV with built in freeview, comfortable sofas and a large woodburner. Throughout the property you will find lovely features, including original beams and unique artwork.

Two staircases lead up from the hallway, one leads to two bedrooms and the other leads to the third bedroom. One set of stairs has a door and the other has a built in stair gate.

The first bedroom offers a king size bed and clothes storage.

The second bedroom is a twin room, with one full size single bed and another as a 6″ single, and clothes storage.

The third bedroom is a zip and link room, which can either be made into a super king or twin (please give at least two weeks notice of your prefered bed configuration), offers plenty of clothes storage and looks out over the garden.

All three bedrooms share the family bathroom, with has a bath and overhead shower. There is also a separate shower room upstairs. 

West View Cottage has a delightfully matured, fully enclosed suntrap garden, complete with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ for guests use.

*Please note, West View Cottage will only accept dogs over 1 year old and a starter pack of logs will be provided.

*West View Cottage has a purpose built drying room with humidity extraction, heating, racks for boots and clothes hanging space, perfect for in the Autumn and Winter.
